Ingredients
- • 300g pasta shapes, 1 onion, 1 clove garlic, 1 tsp dried herbs, 1 tin chopped tomatoes, 1 tbsp tomato puree, 25g cheese
Method
Boil the pasta, then drain. Chop onion and garlic and cook slowly in a pan until soft. Add herbs, chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, and water, then simmer until thickened. Stir in the pasta, cook briefly, then serve with grated cheese.
