Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, 8 sausages, 4 tsp gravy granules, butter, milk, salt, pepper

Method

Peel and chop the potatoes, then boil until soft and drain. Mash with butter, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth. Cook sausages in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes until browned. Mix gravy granules with boiling water. Arrange sausages on mash and top with gravy. Try serving with some peas, baked beans or a dollop of grainy mustard.
