Ingredients
- • 2 carrots, ½ cucumber, 1 pepper, 2 pouches rice, 400g smoked salmon, 2 tsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp mayo
Method
Cook the rice according to packet instructions. Grate the carrot, slice the cucumber and pepper. Mix soy sauce and mayo to make a dressing. Divide rice into bowls, arrange the vegetables and salmon around the edge of the bowl, then drizzle over the sauce and serve.
