Ingredients

  • 200g porridge oats, 400ml milk, 2 tbsp yogurt, 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)

Method

Add the oats to a jar or container. Pour in the milk, then add the yogurt and honey (or maple syrup). Mix well until everything is combined. Put the lid on and place in the fridge overnight (or at least 4 hours). In the morning, stir and add your favourite toppings such as fruit, nuts, or seeds before eating.
