American Pancakes
Make golden fluffy pancakes with simple ingredients and toppings

Ingredients
- • 200g self-raising flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp white sugar, 3 eggs, 200ml milk, small amount of oil for frying
Method
Add the flour, baking powder, and sugar to a bowl and mix. In a separate jug or bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth with no lumps. Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and add a small amount of oil. Pour small amounts of batter into the pan. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden. Serve with your favourite toppings.
Safety notes
