Ingredients

  • 300g chocolate, 150g butter, 150g golden syrup, 100g digestive biscuits, 50g walnuts, 100g glacé cherries, 100g raisins

Method

Melt the chocolate, butter, and golden syrup together over gentle heat (or in short microwave bursts). Crush the biscuits into small pieces. Mix the biscuits, walnuts, cherries, and raisins in a bowl, then pour over the melted mixture and stir well. Press into a lined tin and chill for at least 2 hours until set. Cut into pieces and serve.
